Property Closings
All Selvatik property closings are conducted through Notaria Publica No. 107 of Bacalar, a notary office with extensive knowledge of the property and its legal history.
As an additional benefit to our buyers, the developer will pay all Notary Public professional fees associated with the closing process.
The buyer is responsible only for applicable government taxes, registration fees, and legal charges required by law.
This approach provides buyers with confidence, transparency, and an efficient closing process from reservation through final title transfer.
